BEAUCOUP DE FEMMES JUIVES, SONT MALHEUREUSEMENT ANOREXIQUES/BOULIMIQUES.
NOTRE TORAH SI EMET ET SI INFINIE NE PARLE-T-ELLE PA DE CE CAS "GRAVE" ET JE PESE MES MOTS?
EN EFFET, LA VIE DE MILLIERS DE FEMMES EN FRANCE ET AILLEURS EST PERTURBEE PAR CELA, DES COUPLES FINISSENT PAR DIVORCER, DES FEMMES SANS ENFANTS ETC.....
QU'EN PENSEZ-VOUS ? SACHANT QUE VOTRE REPONSE INTERESSE BEAUCOUP DE MONDE - MERCI

Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait plus d'anorexie ou de boulimie chez les juifs qu'ailleurs, ou alors avez-vous des enquetes et recherches la-dessus ? Ou peut-etre plusieurs cas autour de vous ?
Concernant les regles d'alimentation: Maimonide a redige dans son Michne Torah des regles d'alimentation saine que vous trouverez aisemment en francais egalement (Hilkhot De'ot).
Pour le reste, tout(e) dieteticien(ne) sera de bon conseil.
Le rapport au corps est fondamental dans le monde juif et savoir l'entretenir correctement est meme considere comme un commandement.
